These Terms govern access to and use of ZeroSilo's cloud-based business management software and related services.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding account credentials, and managing access granted to authorized users.

Services

ZeroSilo provides software used to coordinate business operations, workflows, communications, billing, reporting, integrations, and related functions. Available features may depend on configuration, subscription, integrations, and third-party services.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use ZeroSilo for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, disruption of systems, or infringement of the rights of others.

Third-party services

ZeroSilo may connect with third-party platforms, including payment providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Payment processing and wallet services

When a customer enables payment services powered by Moov, payment functionality may involve separate Moov merchant accounts or wallets, account verification, and acceptance of the payment provider's applicable agreements. For wallet-based payment flows, funds move through the applicable Moov accounts or wallets rather than directly between customers' existing external bank accounts. Availability of these features depends on approval and activation. Fees, supported payment methods, funding and payout timing, and any additional conditions are disclosed in the applicable service configuration or agreement.

Subscriptions and fees

Paid subscriptions and other charges are disclosed during ordering or account setup. Recurring services continue until cancelled according to the applicable subscription terms.

Availability

ZeroSilo works to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or other circumstances may affect availability.
